Is there a contract?

There is no contract for the Marketing Strategy Collective group membership program. 

You can subscribe for either of these plans:
Content Creators and Community Connectors/group calls.
You will automatically be charged monthly from Patreon based on your plan for your ongoing subscription until canceled.

You will always have access to your account if you need to make any changes to your address, billing information or if you want to cancel.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

We get it, the Create Your Business program isn’t for everyone. And that’s totally OK!
If you are not completely happy with the Marketing Strategy Collective, you can cancel your subscription and discontinue receiving the digital version workbook at any time.

Can I get a refund?

We honor full refunds within 48 hours of placing your order/renewal. You must email us immediately within 24 hours of your order with our contact form and request a refund via email because we process refunds manually.  After receiving an email request for the refund, it can take up to 5-10  business days for the full refund to appear back on your card.

After the initial 24 hours of purchase, all subscription level members can cancel at any time BEFORE your next renewal date to prevent the subscription from renewing. There is no cancellation fee.

A cancellation part-way through any Member’s subscription does not trigger a refund for the remaining timeframe left in your monthly renewal.

By canceling your subscription with the Marketing Strategy Collective on the Patreon platform, you are simply preventing it from renewing on its next renewal date — this process does not automatically issue a refund and you will still receive any subscription boxes or digital workbooks remaining under your subscription term prior to its next renewal date.
