If you don’t like the box contents, then that is the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to your customers and clients. But make sure you cancel your auto-renewal so you aren’t stuck with another shipment that’s not a good fit for you.
Can I get a refund?
We honor full refunds within 24 hours of placing your order/renewal. You must email us immediately within 24 hours of your order with our contact form and request a refund via email because we process refunds manually. After receiving an email request for the refund, it can take up to 5-10 business days for the full refund to appear back into your card.
After the initial 24 hours of purchase, all subscription level members can cancel their Create Your Business box at any time BEFORE your next renewal date to prevent the subscription from renewing. There is no cancellation fee.
A cancellation part-way through any Member’s subscription does not trigger a refund for the remaining boxes left in your 3-month, 6-month or 12-month term prior to renewal.
By canceling your subscription with Create Your Business box, you are simply preventing it from renewing on its next renewal date — this process does not automatically issue a refund and you will still receive any subscription boxes remaining under your subscription term prior to its next renewal date.
If you don’t want to continue using the Create Your Business boxes and workbooks, then we suggest you gift the boxes’ items to your customers, clients or members of your family.
