Is there a contract?

You can subscribe for 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months.
You will automatically be charged monthly based on your plan – every 3 months, 6 months, or annually –  for your ongoing subscription until canceled.

You will always have access to your account if you need to make any changes to your address, billing information or if you want to cancel.

How much is shipping?

The cost of shipping is “built in” to the price of your monthly Create Your Business box.  And because of the shipping costs, we are only shipping to the United States.

Can I give this as a gift?

Yes! You can add a subscription to your cart and click the  “Gift” button at checkout.
Choose the plan for your gift subscription and leave a gift message which we’ll deliver with the box. Be sure that you correctly enter your billing address and make sure the shipping address for the gift receiver is added to the order.

When will my package arrive?

All monthly boxes will be shipped on or around the 20th of the month – and it should take a few days for your next Create Your Business box filled with your creative tools to arrive at your door!

You’ll receive an email letting you know that your box is on the way as well as the link for you to download your interactive workbook that you’ll use with the box’s supplies.

All orders must be placed by the 18th of the month to start the Create Your Business program for the month. After the 18th of the month, you are starting your program the following month.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

We get it, the Create Your Business box isn’t for everyone. And that’s totally OK!
If you are not completely happy with the Create Your Business box, you can cancel your subscription and discontinue receiving your boxes at any time.

SORRY – WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED. THIS SUBSCRIPTION IS A WORKBOOK + ART SUPPLIES IN YOUR MONTHLY BOX SO THAT’S A RISK YOU ARE AGREEING TO WHEN YOU SUBSCRIBE.

If you don’t like the box contents, then that is the perfect opportunity to gift the items to your family or clients. But make sure you cancel your account so you aren’t stuck with another shipment that’s not a good fit for you.

Can I get a refund?

We honor full refunds within 24 hours of placing your order/renewal. You must email us immediately within 24 hours of your order with our contact form and request a refund via email because we process refunds manually.  After receiving an email request for the refund, it can take up to 5-10  business days for the full refund to appear back on your card.

After the initial 24 hours of purchase, all subscription level members can cancel their Create Your Business box at any time BEFORE your next renewal date to prevent the subscription from renewing. There is no cancellation fee.

A cancellation part-way through any Member’s subscription does not trigger a refund for the remaining boxes left in your 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month term prior to renewal.

By canceling your subscription with Create Your Business box, you are simply preventing it from renewing on its next renewal date — this process does not automatically issue a refund and you will still receive any subscription boxes remaining under your subscription term prior to its next renewal date.

If you don’t want to continue using the Create Your Business boxes and workbooks, then we suggest you gift the boxes’ items to your customers, clients, or members of your family.
