All monthly boxes ship at the same time – between the 18th – 20th of each month – and it should take just a few days for your creative tools to arrive on your doorstep!

All orders must be placed by the 15th of the month in order to start your Create Your Business program that month.

If you subscribe after the 15th, your program that includes the interactive workbook and creative toolkit will start the following month.

Yes! You can add a subscription to your cart and check “This is a gift” at checkout.

Choose the length of their subscription and make sure you click “This is a Gift” button at checkout. You can leave a gift message which we’ll deliver with the box.

Be sure that you correctly enter your billing address but THEIR shipping address.

Shipping is “built in” to the price of the box and because of this, we are only shipping to the United States.

I get it, this subscription box isn’t for everyone. And that’s okay! If you are not completely satisfied with the Create Your Business box, you can cancel your monthly packages at any time. To read about cutoff dates and such, click HERE to view our full cancellation policy.

SORRY – WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.  

If you don’t like the box contents, then that is the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to your customers and clients. But make sure you cancel your auto-renewal so you aren’t stuck with another shipment that’s not a good fit for you.

How can I make changes to my account like shipping address or credit card?2019-10-24T19:45:20+00:00
  1. Click the LOGIN link at the top of CreateYourBiz.net.
  2. Go into the program using your email address and password you used to create your subscription.
  3. Once inside the customer portal, click Manage under your subscription.
  4. Click on the Edit Shipping Address button if you want to change the shipping address associated with the account.
  5. If you want to change an email or credit card associated with the account, you’ll click on Account Settings (billing, email, password) 
  6. Then click on Edit Your Details in order to edit the email or credit card associated with the account.

  1. Click the LOGIN link at the top of CreateYourBiz.net.
  2. Go into the program using your email address and password you used to create your subscription.
  3. Once inside the customer portal, click Manage under your subscription.
  4. Click on Subscription Settings on the bottom right corner of the screen.
  5. Click on Cancel My Subscription and click Confirm.

Note: Cancelling your subscription does not cancel unshipped packages, just prevents you from being charged in the future. Packages that are already charged will send. If you have any questions you can reach out to us with the contact form.
